Craftable LLC Policies
By booking a session with Craftable LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Age & Participation
-Programs are intended for children within the listed age range.
-Children are expected to follow instructor guidance, rules, and respectful behavior standards.
-Absolutely no griefing will be tolerated. The deliberate destruction of other people's creations is not conducive to an environment of learning and play.
-Craftable reserves the right to remove a child from a session if behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Technology Use
-Technology is used as a tool to support creativity, learning, and skill development. Our programs are designed to provide a balanced, purposeful approach to screen use in a safe and supervised environment. Technology is incorporated only when it enhances the learning experience, such as during coding, robotics, and STEM-based activities. All digital tools, platforms, and devices used at Craftable Club are carefully selected, age-appropriate, and guided by instructors at all times.
-Minecraft Education Edition is used for educational purposes during select sessions. Children interact only within instructor-controlled worlds and approved learning activities. No public servers or external online interactions are permitted.
-Any misuse of devices or platforms may result in loss of technology privileges during the session and/or removal, without refund.
Supervision & Safety
-All sessions are supervised by a Craftable instructor.
-Craftable is not responsible for children before the session start time or after the scheduled end time.
-Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up.
-Handrails must be used when ascending and descending stairs.-Students may be permitted to walk downstairs, independently, for pick-up only if parent permission has been provided and is on file and parent's assume all risk associated with this option.

Health & Special Needs
-Parents/guardians must inform Craftable in advance of any learning needs or accommodations required to support their child’s participation. Craftable will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs but cannot guarantee one-on-one support unless explicitly arranged.
-Parents/guardians must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions at registration. Craftable cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and relies on accurate information to help keep all participants safe.
-Craftable is not responsible for allergic reactions. In the event of a reaction, staff will take appropriate action, including contacting parents/guardians and emergency services, if necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds
-Missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.
-Craftable reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, events, and/or camps due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
-Course enrollments are non-refundable once the course has begun. Cancellations made before the start of a course may receive a credit toward a future program. Make-ups for missed classes maybe offered when space is available.
​​-All events are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may receive a credit towards a future event. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for credit.
Camp Cancellations & Refunds
-Cancellations made 24 days or more before the start of camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
-Cancellations made 23-14 days before camp will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future program.
-Cancellations made 13 days or less are non-refundable.
-If your child is unable to attend, you may transfer their spot to another available camp session (if space allows).
Media Release
-Unless otherwise stated in writing, parents/guardians grant Craftable permission to take photos or videos during sessions, events, and camps for promotional or educational use (no last names will be used).
Liability Waiver
-Participation involves the use of computers/tablets and typical classroom activities.
-By enrolling, parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless Craftable, its instructors, and affiliates from liability for ordinary risks associated with participation.
Policy Updates
-Craftable LLC may update these policies at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
