Classes

After-school classes in robotics, coding, and more!

Our classes meet once a week. Drop-in classes are available, space permitting.

STEM Lab

In this hands-on STEM class, students will explore science, technology, engineering, and math through engaging projects, experiments, challenges, and problem-solving activities. Each week brings something new as students design, build, test, and improve their ideas while developing critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and engineering skills. Activities may include robotics, circuits, engineering challenges, coding, building projects, and other hands-on STEM adventures. No prior STEM experience is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore!

Science Olympiad Team

Put science and engineering skills to the test with Craftable Club’s Science Olympiad Team! Students in grades 3–6 will explore Science Olympiad events through hands-on experiments, engineering challenges, research, and problem-solving.

Team members will develop teamwork, critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and communication skills while preparing for potential Science Olympiad competitions. Students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of STEM topics, challenge themselves, and work together toward a common goal.

Competition participation will depend on team interest, preparation, and event availability.

Minecraft Challenge

Take on a new Minecraft challenge every week! Students will tackle creative building missions, coding challenges, engineering tasks, and problem-solving quests designed to put their Minecraft skills to the test.

From designing and building unique creations to coding solutions, automating tasks, and completing team missions, each week brings a new challenge to solve. Students will build creativity, logical thinking, coding skills, and teamwork while exploring the possibilities of Minecraft Education.

LEGO Robotics

Build, code, and bring your creations to life in our LEGO Robotics class! Designed for curious minds ages 7–12, this hands-on program combines engineering, problem-solving, and creativity as students design and construct working robots using LEGO components. Kids will explore basic coding concepts, learn how sensors and motors work, and tackle fun challenges like obstacle courses, races, and interactive builds. Whether your child is brand new to robotics or already loves to tinker, this class encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Robotics Lab is designed for students who are already comfortable using blockly coding. In this hands-on class, students will design and build robots by adding mechanical components, sensors, and custom 3D-printed parts. Throughout the course, students will explore a variety of robot attachments and learn how to program them to create fully functional robotic systems. Each robot project is unique and developed over multiple sessions, allowing students to engage in the engineering design process from concept to completion. Because projects are built progressively over time, this class is offered as an ongoing course and is not available as a drop-in class.
