Classes
After-school classes in robotics, coding, and more!
Our classes meet once a week. Drop-in classes are available, space permitting.
Redstone Coders

Our Redstone Coders program is designed for students aged 7 - 12. Participants will tackle engaging coding challenges each lesson and apply their newfound skills in a collaborative survival world within Minecraft Education Edition. Strong reading skills are a plus, as we craft knowledge through interactive gameplay.
Explore with Dash

Bring coding to life with Dash! In this hands-on class, kids learn the fundamentals of coding and robotics using Wonder Workshop’s interactive robots. Through fun challenges and creative projects, students will program Dash to move, light up, make sounds, and respond to their environment.
Perfect for beginners and budding engineers alike, this class builds problem-solving skills, creativity, and confidence in a playful, supportive setting. Kids will work independently and in teams to complete exciting missions while exploring the basics of sequencing, logic, and computational thinking.
No prior experience needed—just curiosity and a love of learning!
VEX Robotics

VEX Robotics offers an exciting introduction to robotics for ages 7-12. Engaging young minds in hands-on learning. Students will explore fundamental engineering concepts, enhance their problem-solving skills, and foster creativity through collaborative projects. Spark your child’s interest in technology and innovation while paving the way for future STEM success.
LEGO Robotics

Build, code, and bring your creations to life in our LEGO Robotics class! Designed for curious minds ages 7–12, this hands-on program combines engineering, problem-solving, and creativity as students design and construct working robots using LEGO components. Kids will explore basic coding concepts, learn how sensors and motors work, and tackle fun challenges like obstacle courses, races, and interactive builds. Whether your child is brand new to robotics or already loves to tinker, this class encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Robotics Lab

Robotics Lab is designed for students who are already comfortable using blockly coding. In this hands-on class, students will design and build robots by adding mechanical components, sensors, and custom 3D-printed parts. Throughout the course, students will explore a variety of robot attachments and learn how to program them to create fully functional robotic systems. Each robot project is unique and developed over multiple sessions, allowing students to engage in the engineering design process from concept to completion. Because projects are built progressively over time, this class is offered as an ongoing course and is not available as a drop-in class.
